I selected United Auto Logistics based on the reviews and my conversation with their agent. They were not the least expensive, but after having several phone conversations I decided to give them my business. It has been one of the WORST decisions I have ever made!!! I placed the order on 7/19/14 Order #115156-DM. The vehicle was to be picked up on 8/29/14. It was critical that it be picked up on that date as I was driving a moving van to the new location and the house was sold and would be vacant. I called in to confirm pickup one week in advance. I called in AGAIN to confirm pickup one day in advance. No problem I was told by the UAL schedule agent. It would be picked up between 1 and 3pm the next day. Well the truck driver finally called at 3pm and said he was 300 miles from my location and headed in the wrong direction. There was no way he could pick up the vehicles. I called UAL, PROMISE, after PROMISE, after PROMISE that the vehicles would definitely be picked up by 9PM that night. The schedule agent “Frank” even said “I will call you before I leave at 7pm to reconfirm.” He said I would not want to be treated any different so I will personally make sure I call you. Well no call, no pickup and I am stuck. I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, call this company again. LIE, after LIE, after LIE. and I am now in a real bind. Today is 9/3 and still no one has called me.
