car shipment from NV to NY

US Ark Transport, Inc was scheduled through Agape Auto Transport to ship my car from Las Vegas, NV to Ithaca, NY. It was scheduled for pick up on June 6 and delivery on June 14. On June 6 I got a call from dispatch telling me my car wouldn't be picked up until the next morning and that the driver would be giving me a call about an hour before. At 7am the driver, Sergio, called me to let me know he was 1.5 hrs away, had one other car to pick up and then would give me a call when he was on his way to my house. Sure enough, around 10am he called. He showed up around 10:15 and checked out my car. He was a very nice guy. He noticed I had not stashed anything in the car for shipment with the car. He assured me that he was the only driver and that no one would mess with my stuff. It would be safe to ship in the car. So I loaded up. Sergio loaded my car on his rig, had me sign, a few minutes of chit chat and he drove away. I called dispatch on June 11 to check the status and was told delivery would be June 14 as planned. My daughter would be accepting delivery in NY and she had not heard anything by 5:30pm. She called dispatch and was told the car was about 1.5 hrs away. Less than 2 hrs later she called me to let me know the car arrived in excellent condition with all contents intact. She, also, was very impressed with how nice the driver was. This ended up being a very positive experience in what is a very stressful situation...a long distance move. I would surely use this company again and would recommend them.
