Horrible Communication Skills

Do NOT use this company! I ordered my car for pick up and was told that my order was "sent". I never received a confirmation and had to send two more emails before I received a very terse reply that they "already answered me" which of course they didn't. When I politely asked them to resend everything they claim to have previously sent for my records, they never sent that either! They pulled the "I'm deaf and that's why we can't communicate" card...but that would have no bearing whatsoever on email correspondence. If you're going to run a business that people need to rely on, then you better work twice as hard to get the job done right. This isn't the Goodwill Store. Finally on the 7th day (and way past my comfort level that my car would arrive on time where I needed it) I was told my order had not yet been assigned. They had basically lied about the pick up date and here I had loaded my car for transport and wouldn't leave my cell phone. What a waste. The new company already has my car scheduled for the same amount and is also allowing me to load it to the windows in the back seat, not just 100 pounds in the trunk. Trustytransport.com should be ASHAMED of themselves.
