Better/faster than expected!

We are very pleased with this company. Moved a sedan from Huntsville AL to Memphis TN. They were the cheapest quote BY FAR and were very prompt. They are straight forward when communicating, as well as very polite and easy to work with. The entire process was complete about a week before I expected it. I noticed some folks complain about Trusty Transport not having a contact number and it being difficult to communicate. Well, they are family operated (likely small overhead) and have two disabled employees (deaf/mute) so it is likely easier for them to operate via email only. Besides they are trying to keep profit margins low so the end result is a cheaper price to you. They provide driver contact info when it comes time to schedule so you can work direct with them if things change or you have to work a unique logistics situation. Overall, I feel this company is great. They have some bad reviews that I would chock up as isolated incidents (that happen to all companies) or customers that did not understand their business model and had false expectations.
