If you want nothing but trouble, permanently put to voice mail & no replies to your emails then TRUMP AUTO TRANSPORT LLC is the company to use.
They were referred to me by Moving .com along with several other Co's & in the end I chose them on price "Big Mistake" After 2 weeks of chasing them up by email & International phone calls they finally confirmed in writing that they could not provide the service required & I had to make alternative arrangements with another company Auto Star Transport who were absolutely fantastic. Within 3 days of my contacting them the car was collected & arrived in LA as scheduled. In the end they were only $75 more expensive but it was worth every cent.
Now back to Trump Auto Transport its now over 2 weeks since they confirmed they could not arrange the pick up & I have been chasing them to credit the $150 deposit I paid . They have informed that they will credit my Visa but guess what no sign of the money even after sending them a number of emails , I guess words are cheap & it remains to be seen if I see the money.
Trump Auto would have to be the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with do yourself a big favor & DON"T USE : TRUMP AUTO TRANSPORT LLC (Florida)
