THE CUSTOMER HAS ALL THE INFORMATION FOR THE COMPANY, WE DID NOT EVEN MOVE HIS CAR, HE CANCELED AFTER THE TRUCK WAS ASSIGNED AND DID NOT WANT TO PAY THE BROKER FEE, EVEN THOUGH HE KNEW THAT IT WOULD BE DUE ON DELIVERY IN ADDITION TO THE QUOTED FEE.
PROBABLY THE LANGUAGE BARRIER IS THE PROBLEM [LACK OF UNDERSTANDING]
