From the beginning, the getting my truck quoted to delivery Triple T Express was very understanding and made me feel comfortable with choosing them to move my truck. They answered all my questions. They instructed me on what to do as far as not leaving personal belongings in truck to doing an inspection and taking pictures of my truck for my protection. The cost was in my budget and very competitive with the bigger companies. The total process was done within 10 days. It was easy to communicate with Jimmy, Shannan and Brandy either by phone, text or email. They kept in contact with me from the beginning of process to letting me know promptly when my vehicle was picked up and delivered. The driver was polite to everyone from pick up to delivery and he kept in contact with me as to where my truck was at all times, he also done an inspection when he picked up and again when delivered. I would highly recommend and use Triple T Express again if I ever need a vehicle transported. I believe we need to keep our hard earned money within our community and use the small businesses if at all possible. It makes it much easier when you have companies like Triple T Express to do this.
