When you are booking the transport everything is "great" they really want to help you out. Once you get the job booked you can NEVER get ahold of them...you must call 10-15 times before you can talk to a "live" person. Once you do they never have a stright foward answer and can never tell if there really is a driver assigned to your pick-up
I scheduled my transport two days before I was moving and NO ONE ever called to confirm the pickup.
CONSUMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT !!!
I "booked" this transport 3 months prior...I called 2 weeks before pick up and was assured that a driver is assigned....called 1 week prior and was assured that a driver would be there....called the day before pick and was assured that 2 drivers were assigned to this transport job....NO DRIVER EVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED!
