I paid this company a 154 dollar deposit and they said they would pick up my car in 1 or 2 days, didnt happen. Then they were all of the sudden hard to get a hold of or to get a call returned. Finally when they did call back they offered multiple dates to pick up my car everytime it fell through on their end. Then they said they would be able to transport my car but I would have to be charged 110 more to get it done. The last straw was about THREE WEEKS AFTER I PAID THE DEPOSIT they said they could pick up my car if I drove it 60 miles from the pick up address to the interstate to meet a driver (who most likely wouldnt show up) then somehow find a ride home, Aurelio the dispatcher seriously thought that was ok. So I asked for my deposit to be refunded and I was told that they would talk to Gilbert the payment guy, god knows if he did because he never called me back. So after a couple of days I called Tim the sales person who of course has no clue on earth whats going on. Tim said that he would contact the dispatcher and figure out whats going. So the dispatcher Aurelio (extremly rude for someone trying to steal my money) finally called me back and said HE DIDNT OWE ME MY DEPOSIT BECAUSE HE PROVIDED A SERVICE BY TRYING TO GET MY CAR MOVED. I explained that the service I paid for was transporting the car not trying and failing to transport the car then me paying for a good failed effort. These people honestly thought that they should be paid for their effort after 3 weeks. Keep in mind I paid the deposit in good faith and was availble during the 3 weeks period. I am a US Marine on active duty stationed in CA. I needed my car moved to FL for my wife to use. My wife is pregnant with related health issues and where I am stationed the health care is not suitable to provide for her, plus I was deploying so it was our best interest to move her home to FL. During this 3 week process my wife missed several appointments because she simply did not have a ride. Transport US made big promises and I trusted them and my family had to suffer because I believed them. The dispatcher Aurelio was increadibily rude to both my wife and myself over the phone. They tried to increase the agreed on price. Tried to move the agreed pick up location. And after 3 weeks of all of this they lastly stole my money. I urge anyone but exspecialy people in the military that move vehicles offen to not make the same mistake I did and get robbed by this company. After all of this I called CHG Transport INC and for less money the car was in FL in less than 7 days from the day I first called. After I posted this review transport us tried to get it taken down claiming that I was not a customer even with my order id on the review. They also have not responded to a complaint that I have filled with the Better Business Bureau. Nor have they responded to this review. The only reason that I can think of for their silence is that they know they are thieves, liars and shady individuals. I do not think for a second that 90 percent of there reviews are from "real" customers. I believe from the bottom of my heart that these shady thieves are putting thier own reviews up. Dont waste your money on these thieves.

Transport US Inc. does it's best to provide a good customer service and regrets what occurred with this customer. Tim Lamb is a good employee and tries his best to explain the transport business to his customers. This order was a "price match", which is to honor a quote given by another company. The problem with this order was pick up point which was at Twentynine Palms, CA. This military base is extremely remote. I know that because I am also a US Marine and have been there. Most carriers will not go there unless compensated for the extra fuel costs. This particular carrier agreed to go out there for an extra fee or meet the customer at the main interstate.
