Transport Services, at this point they are a horrible option

"After being contacted by several transport brokers I selected Transport Services. Their price quote was in the middle of those I had reviewed they touted themselves as the number 1 rated transport company and I was impressed by Stan's can do attitude. At this point I am not convinced that they even exist as a company but are an online front to get your deposit". (This is accurate so I am using it on my review)!

From my experience they convince you with great sales tactics Stan's great, watch out for him. They tell you that they will use there own trucks and drivers. They are not brokers and even guaranteed a date.
So a few day after there promised delivery date of the 23rd tell me the tuck broke down. "RED ALERT".
So he we have I am still trying to get my vehicle from point 'A" to "B" and getting the royal run around.
They can not tell me when they will pick up my vehicle and it took me more than 4hrs to get even this information. Of coarse I need to look into alternatives so I'm getting calls again from a few other companies. Get this the last two told me the did not even need to know the company's name that I originally contracted. They told me " I have it right here it's Transport Services and they have you on the board for X amount. This is a brokers board that all vehicles a posted on and the driver can decide if the price is right. This freaks me out so I search here on this board to find there are a ton of other reviews identical to mine, scary. I am going to dispute this with my credit card company and odds are I may lose, but you better believe I will do everything I can to fight it. It's more than the money its been a huge waist of time and a huge stress on me and my family. **** DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY****
