After being contacted by several transport brokers I selected Transport Services. Their price quote was in the middle of those I had reviewed they touted themselves as the number 1 rated transport company and I was impressed by their can do attitude. At this point I am not convienced that they even exist as a company but are an online front to get your deposit. I waited a month to get my vehicle transported and absolutely nothing ever materialized. Several contacts with the representatives over this period assured me they were working to get my vehicle booked and after 30 days of false promises I finally cancelled my order. I contacted them about refunding half my deposit as was specified in the contract. I have not heard from them since and it has been 6 weeks since I cancelled my order. My conclusion is they are a impressive web site but could care less about actually performing a service. The term SCAM comes to mind and I am out $89 and lost a full month trying to get my vehicle transported.
