At first I was happy that they could be there at a certain day, so I flew there to meetr the driver, the driver never showed up and they called the next day saying there driver broke down. So I waited 2 more days and after only getting lies, I inquired on this site and found out there a broker and dont have any trucks of their own and my order was open, they were actually looking for someone to pick up my car. I was furious! So I contracted Majic Carpet and they picked up my car the next day as I was leaving on the airplane. I would never use these people, if you do not do what you say your going to do your words are worthless! Thats the bottom line in any business, They also took a deposit from me which I found out is unethical until you pick the car up, finally they did return my deposit, so thanks for that.
