I contacted Transport Services when i had to move my vehicle from Oregon to Nebraska. I spoke with a guy named Colin who very patient with me and most importantly - honest. He told me exactly what the company was capable of doing for me and it was absolutely true. I have transported cars before and was scammed and had a terrible experience and was reluctant to use a company i didnt know about again. colin ensured me that he can help me and that i would have nothing to worry about. He took his time to explain to me how the processworks and made me feel comfortable with my decision. He gave me the best options to fit my needs. I needed the car picked up in 3 days, and they were there in 2 (june 10th, 2010) and had it delivered in 5 days which was 2 days earlier than what they told me originally. I was amazed by the service this company provided!!! Dealing with transport companies in the past, i thought they all just said what the customer wanted to hear. Colin told me straight up hether he can help me or not. The way he explained the process was the way everything worked out. This company was a bit more expensive than others but saved me a lot of headache and was worth every penny. I have recommended this company to 3 other friends and they have all enjoyed the service as well. Colin was there for me every step of the way and he and the customer service team were available to answer any questions i had about my transport.This is the only company i will deal business with and the only company i will recommend to anyone. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for courteous professionals that back up everything they tell you.
