Overall, I was pleased with the transport of my vehicle. It was picked up on my preferred day and delivered on time in good condition. The driver was personable and conscientious. The cost of transport was reasonable. I would use this company again.

On the down side, the phone representative who collected my transport information was not the brightest. He had a difficult time collecting my information and understanding that the contact person at the pick up site was different from the person taking delivery of the car. I had to repeat the information several times before he logged the correct information into the contract.

I did not receive a phone call 24 hours prior to pick up of the vehicle, as the contract stated.

I was promised the driver would have a wench on his truck because my vehicle was inoperable. The company and/or sub-contractor did not convey this information to the driver and he did not have a wench. In the end, we were able to load the vehicle by pulling it with a light duty truck. This was not ideal, but no harm was done.
