Not having transported a vehicle before, I didn't know exactly what to expect. After contacting several transport brokers, I realized that it is very difficult to gauge whether I was getting honest and realistic prices and delivery times. I originally arranged transport with an alternate provider, but didn't get the attention I thought I should, so switched to Transport Connection. Bill was very practical and honest, recognizing the pick-up location was in a "gray" area and told me up front that this could affect the price and pick-up time. However, with perserverence, Bill found a driver willing to take the job (albeit at a slightly higher price than I originally expected), and within 3 days of making contact, the car was loaded and on it's way. The transporter had previously done business with Transport Connection, which gave me confidence also. In all, dealing with Transport Connection was a pleasure and Bill's approach is very up-front, ensuring he keeps you in the picture until the vehicle is on the truck. Nice job.
