After attempting to deal with another horrible transporter, ( i.e. - missed pickup appointments, incoherent drivers, an office that was not customer oriented ) Bill and his company Transport Connection was a breath of fresh air. His follow through and his attention to detail was immpecable. Most importantly, his communication with me was first class. He gives you his cell phone number and always returns calls promptly during and after business hours, understanding that timing is always an issue. He was actually $50.00 lower after I contracted with him due to the carrier transporting for less. He could have just pocketed the difference but passed the savings on. When he schedules with a carrier that he has personally checked out, he conference calls you and the carrier in to make sure you know all the parties names and contacts and all understand the schedule of events. ( pickup-dropoff-drivers name and cell number) The transport went smooth as silk and was even 2 days earlier than anticipated on a car that is not that easy to move ( low ground clearance and rather wide ) . Being early , the driver understood that I had scheduled meetings and would not be able to meet him for a few hours after he had arrived. His answer " no problem, I understand I'm early " . Through the whole process, Bill, the transport driver, and the drivers dispatch were nothing more than cordial and went out of their way to make the transport as easy as possible. I would have NO RESERVATIONS WHATSOEVER recommending Bill and his team at Transport Connection and I will never use anyone else but Bill for my transport needs !!!!
