I went with another carrier at first. After 12 days and no pick up time I chose to call Bill and while I was on the phone he had a transport for my car within 10 min. Carrier was there promptly the very next morning, he was very knowledgibile. Had it loaded and delievered in 4 days from Ca. to Fl. Bill followed up on everything thru the process, answered the phone (unlike others) straight up with no B/S.
