Where to begin?...Well, the car was picked up in North Carolina on August 25, 2013. The gentleman that came was sooooo superb. Friendly, prompt and detail oriented. Couldn't have asked for a better driver. U can tell based off his demeanor that he loved his job. As a matter of fact, if he went into business for himself, I would HIGHLY recommend him. Unfortunately, that's where the great customer service ends. On August 29, 2013, we received the call that our car was scheduled to be delivered the following day. Well, that didn't happen....Although we called the morning of, to confirm and to cut the cashiers check, we were not made aware that our vehicle was not coming as previously scheduled until last minute. We ourselves had to keep calling because nobody from the company was answering our calls. When we finally got ahold of Autotransport Logistics they were kind enough to let us know that they would not be delivering the vehicle as previously scheduled (insert sarcasm emoticon here) around the time the car was scheduled to be delivered. Basically, it was "our" problem, as they can dictate what best suits them, with no regards to the customers time/needs. When we contacted the company, we received two different responses. The first gentleman stated that he could only deduct $100 while the supervisor stated that the first guy didn't know what he was talking about and that he could only deduct $75, as that was what they paid their local driver. He also stated that we could come up there (approx. 2.5 hr drive away) to collect the car ourselves for the $75 discount...If we wasn't so frustrated, we would have laughed. Picture this....we would have had to taken a Lincoln (V-8) 2.5 hours away to retrieve a vehicle, and had to gas up two cars to bring them back into town. Do the math - the gas alone would have exceeded what they were offering. Folks, the point here is not about the money, but about service. These people do NOT care about who you are, nor your time. They are just concerned about Corporate Greed. As long as they have your vehicle, they have collateral. They might have profited money-wise, but I can assure you that they lost far more then what we did by word of mouth. Although we had spoken to Tyler from this company, we are still not satisfied with the response. To add insult to injury, the driver that came to drop the vehicle off was EXTREMELY RUDE, and after trying to inspect the vehicle, said and I quote, "I don't give a damn" and "It's not my problem". If you feel like spending a grand for rude and unprofessional service, than look no further. You have come to the right place. If you are looking for a company that respects you and your hard earned money, than steer clear from this rip-off company.
