These guys delivered my car and my windshield had been severely cracked. It was apparently delivered to them from a previous carrier in that condition. Without hesitation, Harry, the owner, agreed to reimburse me the cost of replacing my windshield with Safelite. Within a few hours of replacing my windshield I received an email with a picture of the reimbursement check in the full amount.
This could have been a real hassle and I am very thankful to Transauto Logistics for their incredible level of customer service. Definitely recommend them for their honesty and integrity in the whole process.
