We dispatched a Audi S4 to Towne Transport, scheduled for pick up on July 20th. On July 25th the vehicle was finally picked up in Virginia going to California. The window they gave for the delivery was 7-10 days. At the latest we expected the car would have been dropped off by August 6th giving them 12 days to transport. It is now August 19th. Its been 3 weeks and 4 days in transit and its basically impossible to get someone on the phone to communicate. If you are able to get Victoria or Frank on the phone they give you the run around and lie about expected delivery dates. We have been given three different delivery dates and still no delivery at this time. They are a new company, only opened a few months ago, and have awful ratings already. This has been a nightmare for me and my client. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
