After searching the internet for what seemed like days, I came across Total Car Shipping. From the minute I spoke with Richard, I felt that I was dealing with someone reputable. All I had to go on was my gut - anyone who has been through this process knows that it's a blind sort. Richard's customer service exceeded my expectations. He returned phone calls immediately, did a lot of troubleshooting and our car was picked up on time and delivered on time. Through it all, I felt like Richard had my back.
