CUSTOMER VERIFIED VEHICLES CONDITION UPON DELIVERY. CUSTOMER SIGNED VEHICLE INSPECTION REPORT PRIOR TO RELEASE - WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES BEING SUBMITTED DAYS AFTER DELIVERY.
Mohammed,
Based upon our pickup/dropoff inspection, our
pre-inspection photos, and the fact that your agent signed
off on the condition report that clearly states that no
damage claims of damages will be allowed unless noted on the
delivery receipt at the time of delivery (#8 on the back of
your copy), we must refute the validity of your damage claim
on your 2009 Toyota Highlander. 2 full days have elapsed
since your agent signed off on its condition. Once we have
obtained a signed Bill of Lading, our liability
for the condition of your vehicle effectively ends. The
pictures you have submitted clearly show damage from a
source ABOVE the vehicle in a rolling vertical direction. The scratch has
white paint inside it (my trailer is black, and my truck is
red), your 2009 Honda Civic was the car behind it, and was
too low to possibly touch the spot where your vehicle is
most apparently damaged, and was unaffected in the move, as
was agreed upon by your agent's signature in receiving
the vehicles we transported.
This damage is significant enough to have been
noticed during our driver's pre-delivery inspection, or
during your agent's inspection of this vehicle. It was
signed off on in excellent condition on Saturday June 14th,
and my documentation notes that. We cannot be held responsible for
damage that occurs after the condition has been established,
then signed off on.
