Marc provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable not only about vehicle transport but also about the specific make of my 1978 bug. He could not have been more efficient in the timing and process. The car was picked up promptly and delivered faster than expected. The vehicle was an inheritance from my mother's recent passing and the car was inoperable requiring a complete renovation. Marc not only offered suggestions for websites offering hard to find VW parts but also sites with blogs and reviews regarding the process of renovating correctly. Marc chose the perfect company to pick up my car. The driver Donny could not have been nicer as well. He was most accomodating especially given that the car wouldn't even roll because it had been sitting so long and the brakes were siezed. He kindly looked for a solution rather than simply driving away because he couldn't back his large truck up the long driveway. Given the stress of my mother's passing, I truly could not have asked for a better experience during such trying times. Thank you so much to both Marc and Donny!
