What can I say other than JC provided excellent customer service.

Having moved my auto from the continental US to HI prior, I had to cooridinate with both the ground transport company and Matson for vessel shipping from Long Beach to Honolulu. JC arranged both the ground and vessel transport for a one-stop-shop having to pay only one vendor. More importantly, Total Car Shipping's rates with Matson were far less than I would have paid calling direct and paying as an individual consumer.

The highest compliment I can pay JC is his follow-up. Quality customer service is very hit and miss at all levels in any company. I value follow-up and returning my calls when requested. JC always called me back within a 30 minute window. ALWAYS!
