Car missing and no communication

Car picked up in NYC on June 17th. Due to arrive in California 7 - 10 days later. I was contacted on June 25th and told the car would be delivered on June 27th. I waited all day but the car never arrived. I made another call and was told the car would arrive on the 29th. Again, I waited all day but the car never arrived.

I've been on hold for 45 minutes now, trying to get through. While on hold, you have to hit '3' every minute or so or you get cut off. They clearly don't want you to con read more » tact them - they've got their $200 commission and customer care in non-existent.

It's now been 13 days and counting. Two more days and I will have to report the car as missing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Zero professionalism. Zero customer care and ZERO COURTESY
