The car was pickup and Driver called 2 hours before pick and was on time as he described. He called once on the road to notify me of his expected arrival. ON the day of arrival, he called in the morning and gave me a half hour window when he would be in my town. He arrived within the window, was cordial and had the car offloaded in seconds. HIghly recommend!
