In Jan 09 Their driver had an accident enroute to texas. Our first ordeal was dealing with their insurance company. Unanswered calls, etc. Then getting hold of Thunderstruck themselves. After first contact they do not pick up their calls. We received partial payment this summer but they still owe us their Ins deductible which according to their Insurance (Great american) they would pay us directly. We have never received this. These 'people' have lied to us on multiple occasions promising the proverbial check in the mail story. We even received an email from Monica Agreeing to a payment schedule. Not one payment was ever made. They should do society a favor and go out of business. They already certainly behave like a bankrupt company, both financially and morally. We are in the process of taking them to court. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH!
