James was always prompt with answering the phone. In addition, his price was the best and he said he would make it work at that price even if he had to lower his fee. The total price from TX to northern CA was $800 for a large SUV. James stated that on average it takes him 3 days or so to find a driver and he delivered. From my first conversation with James to get a quote to getting a call from the driver to pick up the vehicle was 4 days. This included a weekend in between, so I was really impressed he still made it happen. I have shipped vehicles several times in the past and my experience with Car Carriage was honestly the most straightforward and affordable to date. If you are looking for great service from a company where the owner handles all the calls and takes personal responsibility for getting things done, give the Car Carriage a chance. I will certainly be calling again next time I need to ship a vehicle.
