Had an exotic (Maserati 4200) delivered... in an open container (on the bottom) with some pick-up truck above leaking oil all over it. I had asked for a top slot... they didn't honor my request. Then noticed a rock chip... they didn't even apologize let alone provide for a chip repair... I did it myself with a $8 kit from Autozone. Then noticed that the driver didn't know how to put the car in reverse, so he "destroyed" the shifter knob to figure it out. Manual was in the glove compartment. I have had several cars both usual daily drivers and some exotics shipped since then... all by another company. Would never have TAS ship anything for me... ever!
