MY vehicle was scheduled to be picked up on Monday by 4pm. Kevin at the dealership emailed me to let me know that no one had arrived. I emailed Abby to ask her what was going on and she stated that she would call dispatch and get back to me. She never did. I assumed that the vehicle was picked up until I received an email from JJ at the dealership who informed me that the car was still there. I called Abby and was told that she would call the driver and call me back. I said OK and went back to work. A few hours later, I emailed JJ to find out if the car was picked up and he said no. I then called Abby back and told her that the car had not been picked up yet. She said (again) that she would call dispatch and call me back. I told her that she had said that before but I had never gotten a call. I then asked would the vehicle still be delivered on Thursday and she told me yes. Yesterday (Wednesday morning), I received yet another email from JJ stating that the car still had not been picked up. I called Abby and spoke with her and she said that she would call me back after she spoke with dispatch. I again told her that she doesn't call back. She said just give her a few minutes. I gave her 2 hours and call back, only after I had emailed JJ and asked if the car was picked up and he told be no and apologized that I was going through this. Not only did I not get an answer from her, but I received no responses to my emails, and no return call. I kept calling numerous times yesterday and today (today only to cancel since I can't get any answers) and still no answer, no responses. These people are horrible business people. And they left my request on the board to get a driver for me and won't take it down. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to them for services and I'd better get my deposit back since obviously there was never a driver nor a pickup.
