I placed my order for shipping through AAA, which subcontracted the job out to TSM. I was not able to get through to TSM to ask when my auto would be delivered. For several days, I received a message that their tape was full. We finally got through to them on a Sunday evening. They told us the car would be delivered the following evening and asked if 10 pm was ok. At 10:30 pm they called to tell me that they were jsut leaving PA and would be here at 1 am. I said ok, because the truck had left Texas 9 days earlier and I wanted it in my posession. They arrived at 5 am, so needless to say I had no sleep that night waiting for them to arrive. The car arrived with a scratch on the roof (which later buffed out) but we could not see it when the car was delivered in the dark, so we did not report it when we accepted the car. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
