BAIT AND SWITCH BROKER.I am a transporter dispatched to p/u car for this broker across Central as a C.O.P, I get to the car and the Keys are in it and shipper knows nothing about paying me anything at pick up. Sooo the broker says they'll make it a quick pay, mail it out in 2-3 days it says on dispatch, delivered the car on 3/15 didn't receive check until 4/5.
