Even though our vehicle was a day late (which was out of Synergy's control) I would use this company again because of Theresa Bassett. She was so helpful and attentive and went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. She is so friendly and was always easy to contact...if not, she got back to me promptly or gave me an alternate contact.

Thanks Theresa for making sure my daughter's car got to her in tact and in a reasonable time frame!
