The bike was ready for pick on 5/15/12. Mr swift picked the bike up 5/19. However due to trailer and truck issues he didn't leave GA to deliver the bike until 5/25. The bike was delivered on 5/30 at 9:30 pm pst. The driver Nick informed me that the wheel accent lights had been in for over 3 days and he couldn't figure how to turn them off. I quickly saw the lever to turn them off and did so. The driver started the bike upon removing it from the trailer. He then cut the bike off once it was on the ground. I went into the house to put on tennis shoes and upon returning while Nick was still there I tries to start my bike. It would not start. The headlights comes on but lot the tail light, nor does the horn work and the engine doesn't make any sound what so ever. Nick the driver then informed me that because he didn't know how to turn the accent lights off he stopped at various times during the trip and jump started the battery because he was afraid the battery had drained due to the lights being left on. I took the battery to Sams Cycle to fully charge and test it. The better is fine however the bike still won't come on and it is doing the same thing it did last nite upon delivery. I informed WoW Motorcycles the dealer to which I purchased the bike from and Mr Swift about the issue. Mr Swift claims his driver didn't do anything to the bike whatsoever and he is refusing to progress his license number and insurance information so that I can fly a claim to get my bike repaired. His driver was totally neglect and is the cause for my bike not working. The manufacture website clearly states that the battery should not be jumped as it could cause an electrical shortage in the system. I'm at a lost because I paid $7800 dollars for this motorcycle financed thru my credit union and neither Wow Motorcycles or Mr Swift is willing to help me with this problem. On top of that my 2005 Autoglide Ridley is a fully automatic bike and in some ways rare so it is going to be difficult and costly to find someone to repair the damage that Swift Transport Llc driver Nick as don't to it. Dealership setup the shipping and I regret deeply not hoof with a different dealer and transport company. Mr Swift is very unprofessional and should not be allowed in the shipping business or any business for that matter.
