My broker contracted with Swift 1. Car was picked up in Reno and then whereabouts unknown. Come to learn car was transported to Vegas, where it sat in the driveway of a private residence for over a week. Another transport company Blue Auto Transport, LLC was contracted by Swift 1 to pick up vehicle in Vegas and deliver to NC. During the 1st week, I was told the truck had issues in Louisiana, then it was in Alabama, was at auction in Atlanta and would be delivered by a certain date. Never happened. Second trucking company picked up vehicle on the 2nd of September and delivered to me by the 6th. 2nd trucking company had no idea that the Vegas address was NOT the originating pick up spot. Kris Dubios lied to me over and over about the location of my vehicle. The car was more than 2 weeks late and fortunately, Blu Auto was reliable, dependable and brought my car to me within 4 days. Swift 1 was looking for another "broker fee" since they brokered the job to another transport company. Despicable practices. Do NOT USE. Liars.
