Great Experience with SunCoast with one disappointment..........I had never used an Auto Transport so I did what I thought would be my due diligence on the internet. After reading many reviews on the entire industry I decided that reading reviews was NOT going to help. Seems to be an industry that they do pretty much what they want. Some tried hard to respond to their critics, but some people you just cant help. I decided to use SunCoast from the responses they posted vs the issues that customers had. Basically I flipped a coin. I have only one issue with the entire process, I was quoted a price of $1150.00 to send a Jeep Wrangler to my son in the Marine Corp in California. Seemed reasonable. After signing the contract I was called that same day by another person within SunCoast and told that for another $50.00 I could be assured that I would get the best carrier they had available. I said "So for 50 bucks more the carriers are so good you risk basically holding me up over the phone", that is a horrific tactic and it borders extortion. If you want 1200 for the trip just ask for it. But thats how they get from the ones that actually charge that amount. I was still determined to use SunCoast, since I knew nothing about anyone. The only thing I can say is, other than being HELD UP FOR 50 BUCKS. I had a great experience with SunCaost and I would recommend them to anyone. Becky was very nice and everything went off just as planned. They called 24 hours ahead on both ends and I had a date that they could NOT deliver prior to and they delivered right on time. Hope this helps someone.
