After searching through the range of vehicle transport companies posted on the Internet to move a pickup truck from Northern California to North Texas, I chose Suncoast Auto Transport, Inc. for several reasons: 1) Positive customer reviews; 2) Competitive market fair price; and 3) introductory email from Suncoast from the company's representative Neal Perkins. I was impressed by and appreciated the introductory email's insights Neal shared about the transport business. Neal promptly contacted me after I contacted him, thoroughly explained their service commitment and fees, and made the contract process easy. Neal took the $150 brokerage fee over the phone and clarified the $800 due on vehicle delivery. Contacts I had with Sherri and Nicole at Suncoast were also very good. The actual transport company was also very responsive to status calls I placed with them. The pickup and delivery commitment dates were honored as agreed. The pickup dates was the day after we ordered the service and our pickup truck was delivered within a week. The truck transport drivers on both the pick up and delivery ends of the transport were efficient and friendly. I would definitely use Suncoast Auto Transport again and recommend them to others looking for a fair and efficient vehicle transportation experience.
