the car move was great. i had a budget and they worked around it. they told me from the start that this was not the normail price to move this car and that it was going to move when a driver wanted to pick it up. they told me that for this price they could not promise me a pick up date, but that they would work on it. at first i was exepitical they told me there was a deposit of 100 dollars and some companies told me that they were going to take my money and never move my car. after i spoke to julian and told him my fear of this happening. he told me that in my case he was going to only charge the deposit once my car was in the truck and on the way. and he did.
the pick up toke alittle longer just like they told me. but they always picked up my calls even when i was upset and angry. they gave me updates to let me know a driver was in the area but wanted a little bit more money and asked me if i was interested. they gave me all the options they never lie to me even when they had to tell me bad news.
julian was always there to help me and at the end he did get my car moved at the price i wanted. they never promised me anything they could not do and they told me this from the start.
it was great to work with them. always nice even when i was upset.
