This was my 4th time shipping a car and I have to say this was honestly the worst company I have dealt with. Mike (the dispatcher) is extremely rude and has poor customer service. He is always in a bad mood. Mike and the truck driver are liars by saying they called me many times the night the truck got in Michigan but I never got any calls whatsoever. ALSO I was OVERCHARGED. I could not get the keys until I paid the amount Mike "wanted." Also the car has been damaged and no one wants to take responsibility for it. I highly recommend everyone NOT to use this company.
