After first contact, all phone calls went into voice mail,
All responses were automated emails.
They took a $245 deposit up front, which I fear I will never see again.

We value all of our customers feedback and appreciate people taking the time to share their experiences. With that said, it is important to point out that Mr. Richard William double booked this order with another company shortly after he placed his order with us. He did not inform us of this. It is very important to understand that by placing an order with two companies, you are only delaying the shipment. When drivers look on the dispatch boards and see the same load listed with two different companies, they typically do not call on neither because they do not want to be involved in a 'bidding war' risking themselves not getting paid the full amount on delivery. If you are a first time customer, make sure not to fall victim to false promises and empty guarantees of other companies who try to lure you in after you already placed an order with someone else. If you do decide to switch companies, make sure the other order is thoroughly cancelled. In regards to Mr. Williams's refund, it was issued in full yesterday. We have attempted to reach Mr. Williams by phone but he has not been very responsive. Thank you for your time.
