First let be start by saying this Company was Heaven sent. This was our first time ever shipping a vehicle so we went through the internet. We received a lot of quotes to transport my sons car to him at college. We picked Stateway Auto Transport basically because they offered the lowest bid. After speaking with them and giving a deposit, I became worried because I didn't do any research on the company and didn't know anything about them, so I started reading reviews and then I was really scared that maybe we had made a mistake. BUT I just want to say they were Truly Heaven sent!!! Kim was able to relieve any fears I was having and even though you had to left a message when you called she returned all my calls within an hour. They picked up my sons car on Friday and he received it on Sunday, JUST two days. we were able to put all his winter clothes in the car also. When I noticed that the deposit had been taken out of my account twice, I called and spoke with Kim who assure me that they would be returning it back to my account which they did. If I had to do this again I would definitely Use STATEWAY!!! Keep up the Good work KIM
