Sorry to say that the only activity this broker did was charge my account their broker fee. Since I never had to move a car before, I admit I made errors in judgment in using this service. I tried to get a quick movement of a vehicle after the sudden death of a family relative while I was doing some international travel. Unfortunately, they never provided the services after I agreed to their submitted quote. I received a call one week later with a voice message saying that the quote was to low...Hello.. they submitted the quote... If you knew it was low... why submit it in the first place. Well after waiting three weeks with no activity, the car has been stolen and there is now no need to move it.. thanks Stateway. I have filed a dispute with the credit card company after requesting a refund and again, no response from Stateway.
