I had an excellent experience with Stateway Auto Transport. I had shopped around on-line and by telephone for the most honest and reliable company and I have to stress that Stateway impressed me the most by offering the gap insurance which covered any damage to my daughter's brand new vehicle. Also, as promised the car was picked up within 5 days since first contact and delivered in five days from the Boston, Ma. area to Los Angeles, Ca. Any questions that I had were promptly answered by email or telephone. The car arrived in perfect condition and with only some road dust which was expected for an open carrier. I was also able to stuff the trunk with some non-perishable items and those items arrived untouched. The price was 1195.00 which is comparable to many other auto transporters but Stateway provides gap insurance in which many other companies do not have. This is an added "peace of mind" as I did not want to deal with "other" insurance companies if anything were to happen, not to mention how long of a process this would of been. Please feel free to call me about my great experience, definitely a "10" on a 1-10 scale.
