Max provided excellent service! He was instrumental in providing me information regarding the shipping of my vehicles. I had previously constacted another firm and they couldn't deliver, and started the bait and switch game. Max was honest and explained how the system worked and he was prompt in providing the driver's name and contact. They picked up when they said they were going to and delivered on time. Once Max made contact with me the whole process went smoothly. I highly recommend them and advise anyone that is looking to transport a vehicle contact Max and get educated prior to entering the circus of unknown brokers. I will use State by State again if I have a need.
