So, i was really nervous about using a transporting company due to some of the horror stories I read about, so when doing my research i was highly critical. The main factor that lead me to go with State by State Transporters was the fact that the agent, Ted Riley was so persoable and consistent in his interactions with me. I really appreciated that he took his time in explaining EVERY single aspect of the transporting process to me so I felt comfortable and secure. He was always available to have a conversation with me which really put my mind at ease. When the actual carrier arrived to my house, the driver handled the process with much tact, care and deliberation. He was thorough although our interaction was about 5 minutes long....i was very satisfied with the process and reccomend State by State Transporters for your car transporting needs.!
