I needed my daughters car transported from New York to Florida and contacted several auto transporters companies. I received numerous responses and was confused whom to select. State by State contacted me a few times and were very courteous and informative. Once I made my decision on going with State by State I contacted them and they promptly began the process. I received my contract via email and everything was quite easy to understand. I was given the drivers information and the driver contacted me and told me approximately when he would be arriving to my home. That day he called me and gave me an approximate time he would be here and called me again when he was about a hour away. He was here on time. He then told me he would call my daughters cell phone the day he should be in Florida with her car and he did and also contacted her when he was about a hour away. He was on time once again. I would recommend State by State they were courteous, on time, reliable and very accommodating. Thank you State by State for helping relieve the worry we all had regarding my daughters car being transported from New York to Florida
