Firstly, I would like to say that I was put on to this company via Stateway Auto. Stateway did handle my situation properly and have great customer service. However, it was starway logistic that transported my car. Starway made a lot of issues of picking up my car. I had informed them I had a flight to catch and it would be very difficult to hand over the keys as I would not be there and requested them to pick it up early. I was forced to ask my kind neighbours to hand over the keys though they hardly knew me. Now, they were late with the delivery, and gave the same issues as the pick up I had to walk to the trucker to get my car. I will admit words were said, however these words were not said by me but by a family member. I had kept my calm, as I knew I would never use them ever again and this review would have been written regardless. As I drive my car into my community I got a call from the Kim the manager of this disgusting company. I stated my name, so as to let her know that I am not the one issuing words to the driver, she said, and I quote, "If you dont calm the fuck down, Im going to go to texas and mess you up". I am from Jamaica threats dont scare me, but it does anger me. I gave my less than civil words to her. Five minutes after I enter through my front door, I get a call from a restricted number(I recognise the voice as the trucker driver), again I gave my name, the very first 3 words he said , again and I quote, "you fucking nigger". I promptly hung up.


Now that is the entire story from my perspective. Were words said that provoked the situation? Possibly, But does that give the right to insult me, the only calm person in the equation. They had no right to treat me that way. I do hope this makes everyone rethink using this company. They are the most disgusting set of people on the face of the planet
