Amy was very helpful at first. She knew what she was talking about and able to accommodate us on the specific dates that we were needing our van to be dropped off. Although there wasn't great communication at prior to the pick up they did a great job picking my van up and getting it to my location. I was over all pleased with Specialty and will likely use them again. I couldn't beat the price.
