Our experience was positve from the first phone call we received after requesting a quote (Don)

Our next contact was a call from Dee iindicating they had a driver that would be in our area about a week ahead of when we originally planned to ship our vehicle and if we would like, they would pick it up and deliver it to Wisconsin at that time or we could wait. We were very flexible and had family that could accept delivery, so this was not a problem.

Clint called about 24 hours ahead and verified time and place of pick-up. He was on-time, very polite and professional. We provided him with a list of several family phone numbers so there would be no issue with unloading when we arrived in Oshkosh. Our family indicated he called well ahead and scheduled a delivery time. He was on schedule.

We were very pleased with the customer service, flexibility, friendliness and price for the enclosed carrier and we feel fortunate to have found these folks. Our plans are to use Specialty Mobile Systems in the future when we move to Florida for the winter and back to Wisconsin for the remainder of the year.
