Specialty Mobile Transporters hired National Auto Carriers from Aurora, Colorado. Fred was the driver. He did an outstanding job! No damage to the transported VW Passat; he evidenced a caring approach to our vehicle and was very cordial to us in NC and our son in Denver who presented the car for loading. The folks at Specialty were very responsive to my calls and concerns about the first carrier hired (more later). A thank you to those who manned the phone at National Transport (Shelley) and to Don who owns Spacialty, alond with his daughter and son-in-law, Cory (I hope that I have all of the names and spelling correct).

Concerning the first carrier, Busy Bee, when Tom arrived he called me directly and tried to raise the price from that agreed upon with Specialty since the car was a wagon instead of a sedan. I declined and told him to move on; then, he lowered the price below the agreed upon figure when I declined. I had already called Cory at Specialty about this issue when the second call came. Tom had destroyed my trust in him as my carrier and I still told him to keep trucking. I am ever so glad, given our very positive experience with Specialty in response to Tom' actions and the quality of the move by Fred representing National Transport. Thank you.
